Hamilton’s own, Shift72, transforms video content into a secure, white-labeled, revenue generating streaming library for your entertainment and business needs. Shift72 enables festivals, events, and corporations to create their own digital cinema or Netflix-style platform for audiences and employees around the world.

The prototype PlugIn lets CMS users and bloggers to auto-translate their content into one of over 82 languages, as well as the ability to create audio files or podcasts from the same content. The plugin is driven by Azure Cognitive Services and has been designed alongside Microsoft to improve accessibility of content cost-effectively for the creative community.

Catt is a GIS Analyst for the Hamilton City Council

I chose to work in Hamilton because of the opportunities I knew I’d be able make for myself by being here. I found a challenging role, made it my own, and have never looked back.

In her role at the Hamilton City Council (HCC), Catt creates maps and tools that help visualise and analyse what the city can look like in the future.

She loves how easy it is to live here, make new friends and get around the city. On weekends, Catt loves to head off to nearby beaches or to the mountains.
